The founders of Dynamic Management Consultants bring together a unique blend of experiences and backgrounds from all sectors of the economy with a combined 40 years of experience.
Deborah Mohammed-Spigner, PhD worked in the public and nonprofit sectors for over thirty years. She has a PhD in Public Administration from Rutgers University. She served the state of New Jersey for over six years as a research scientist. During her time with the state government agency, she led a planning team to develop a strategic plan to guide the agency’s actions focusing on personnel, technology, implementation of evidence-based practices and professional development. Her most recent academic role was as Director of the Masters in Public Administration program at a higher education institution in New Jersey and as an assistant professor. She taught courses in strategic planning, economics, global issues and managing information systems. She was recently appointed to the Mayor's Equity Commission to examine policing practices in her town.
Brian E. Porter, MBA is a seasoned management consultant with over 35 years of experience across various business sectors. He has a proven track record of success in finance, project management, and business strategy.
Financial Acumen: Brian has extensive experience in financial operations, including shaping the financial landscape of companies, leading acquisitions, and streamlining operations. He is proficient in using advanced financial tools for projections, modeling, and data analysis.
Strategic Expertise: Brian has a deep understanding of business strategy and its alignment with core competencies. He has experience teaching capstone business strategy courses and guiding students through the process of designing, implementing, and monitoring strategies.
Community Involvement: Brian is committed to social responsibility and serves on the Executive Board of Directors of the MEWSA YMCA. He is also a member of the Finance Committee.

Javed Sajad is a legal consultant from Trinidad and Tobago working across the Caribbean, USA, United Kingdom, and Europe in Artificial Intelligence (AI) Regulation, technology law, and policy. He is certified in AI Policy and Cyber Security Incident Reporting. He has been recognized as a leader for AI Regulatory Sandboxes by the LACNIC Internet registry for the Latin American and Caribbean regions and has published with the United Nations on his expertise on AI Governance. As an attorney at law, he developed data protection regulations and policies for the public and private sectors.
Giovann Carter, MBA is a Strategy Consultant with four years of experience specializing in developing and implementing data-driven strategies to drive growth and optimize operations for clients across various industries, including finance, retail and automotive. With a strong background in market analysis, financial modeling, and stakeholder management, Giovann has successfully led complex strategic initiatives, delivering measurable results that align with clients' long-term objectives.
Michelle A. Nelson, M.A., CEO & Principal Strategist of Ascend Strategic Communications, is an accomplished strategic communications consultant with over 25 years of experience in corporate and consulting roles, with expertise in leadership, change management, and stakeholder engagement communications, for which she’s been recognized across industries, including civic, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and the federal government. As a communications strategist and skilled practitioner, she has partnered with organizations to transform and thrive beyond public health crises (e.g. COVID-19), mergers, acquisitions, new technology implementation, and relocation. She has earned the distinction of three federal awards, and certificates in DEI from the University of South Florida, Quality Service from the Disney Institute, and Entrepreneurship from Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses. She has also been trained in structural racism analysis, which enables her to develop effective DEI & AI bias mitigation. Michelle earned her bachelor’s in journalism from Fairleigh Dickinson University and her master’s in strategic communication and leadership from Seton Hall University.
